How often should a beginner do yoga? If you can practice yoga 2 or more times per week, you will see significant improvements in your flexibility, range of motion, strength, balance, inner peace, and overall well being.
WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING WITH YOU? 1. A yoga mat. If you do not have one, you can use or buy one from me. 2. If you sweat a lot, bring a towel and some water. If you forget either, no problem. I have water and new towels. 3. Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in.
